Tower of Flowers Wood Vase

This vase, entitled "The Tower of Flowers Wood Vase," was turned and carved from cherry wood sourced directly from Leonardo's home garden in the hills above Florence.

Leonardo was inspired by an abandoned tower located in the middle of the woods near his house. The cherry wood vase in fact, has a shape reminiscent of medieval towers, with details hand-carved that include a door, a window and battlements at the upper part. The flowers can be inserted from above as in a traditional vase and can also spill out of the window, creating a unique and fascinating visual effect.
