  • Our Artisans
    Each of the artisans we work with lives in Italy and makes their products by hand, honoring the history and tradition of the artisans who came before them. Some of them are the last of their kind, or the last one keeping the tradition in their region alive. It is our desire to support and acknowledge them while bringing their artistry to the world. In purchasing our products you are bringing into your home their talents, their history and their culture.
  • Our Subscription Giveaway
    Our subscription giveaway is open to all countries, with the exception of Italy, China, Taiwan. There is one entry per new email subscription. Winner will be chosen randomly when the contest ends on 30 September 2024. The giveaway began on 21 August 2024. Shipping will be provided by Artful Italia direct to the winner, we ship worldwide. Winner must provide Artful Italia with a correct shipping address. Artful Italia will not be liable for shipping should the address be incorrect from the winner. Winner can choose either the blue or the pink Eutropia bag. The giveaway is only for the Eutropia bag, it can not be exchanged for any other merchandise.
  • Ordering
    Standard orders will ship within 7-10 business days. If you are placing a corporate order it may take longer depending on quantity, we will be in touch after your order to give you a ship date. Custom made orders ship times varies. These will be noted in the product details and we will be in touch with a more precise ship date once the order has been placed. For information on customizing some of our products or ordering some things in larger quantities please contact us at concierge@artfulitalia.com
  • Returns & Refunds
    If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase we allow returns within 30 days of the arrival of your items. This does not apply to custom items created specifically for you. These are not returnable or refundable unless there has been damage incurred during shipping. In this case we ask you to please save all shipping material and provide photos to us of the damaged item and the shipping material, if applicable. We do not charge any restocking fees. If you wish to return an item please contact us at support@artfulitalia.com We will guide you through the return process. You will be responsible for arranging the shipment and for paying the shipping cost. Once the products reach our warehouse and are confirmed to be in the same state they were initially shipped, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
  • Payments
    We accept the following forms of payment: For orders over 2,000 bank transfers are accepted. Prices are listed in USD,
  • Shipping
    We are proud to ship our products around the world. Each item is shipped from the workshop of the artisan. We ship using the best shipping method for your location. Each item is insured for its full value in case of loss or damage. If there is a shipping charge for your item it will be calculated at checkout. The price of your item includes any customs fees or duties that may be incurred. Each shipping cost includes insurance. Shipping times vary by location. We are not be responsible for any issues at the customs locations of each country. Unfortunately at certain times shipments can be slower if there are issues at the border due to work shortage or stoppage. We do our best to ship in ways that will allow your items to reach you as quickly as possible.
  • Duties & Taxes
    All duty costs are included in the price. Sales tax is not collected in EU countries outside of Italy. IVA is not included but will be collected for all Italy shipments. Shipments to the USA will be taxed according to each states laws.
