Antique Decorative Italian Souvenir

In the early 1900's Europeans would make Grand Tours to other countries. When they visited they would be given decorative souvenirs to remember the big cities they saw.  This antique decorative Italian souvenir is from Venice. 

The tiny Venetian beads are woven into lovely floral and swirl patterns, then mounted over a German print of a Saint. It is mounted on wood, and encased in plastic and then finished on the outside with more lovely Venetian beads.
